PicFlow at SciBiz USP 2026: How We Transformed Event Experiences into Energy Cards and Phygital Narratives
Being at SciBiz USP 2026 was, for PicFlow, more than just participating in an event.
It was an opportunity to show, live, how our creative economy platform transforms experiences into Energy Cards with identity, context, and circulation potential.
Throughout the event, we presented PicFlow, talked to the public, and activated our proposal in practice: capturing moments, interpreting atmospheres, translating themes, and converting that energy into unique cards.
This process was especially valuable because it allowed us to show that an event like SciBiz is not just a space of presence.
It is also a space of creative raw material.
When an Event Becomes a Collection
A fair, congress, or innovation meeting generates much more than photographic records.
It generates:
meetings
ideas
atmospheres
themes
scenes
symbols
shared emotions
With PicFlow, these elements don't have to be stuck in traditional event coverage.
They can be transformed into a collection of Energy Cards, each revealing a snapshot of what was lived, seen, and felt.
At SciBiz 2026, that's exactly what happened.
Energy Cards Created at SciBiz USP 2026
Throughout the event, different cards were generated from scenes, videos, and contexts linked to SciBiz. The interesting thing is that each of them not only recorded “what happened” but interpreted the meaning of the experience.
Below are some examples that help to understand this construction.
Connected Ideas

The Connected Ideas card represents the interaction between science, business, and culture.
Visually, it translates convergence, diversity, and creative movement. The luminous center and the expansive composition suggest an environment in which different elements come together to generate something new.
This card captures well one of the essences of SciBiz:
a space where distinct areas connect to drive innovation and growth.
Digital Transformation and Innovation

The Digital Transformation and Innovation card brings a more intense, angular, and futuristic reading of the event.
It synthesizes the spirit of technological presentations, creative economy, and the potential to convert digital experiences into tangible assets. Its visual language conveys acceleration, disruption, and reorganization — exactly like many of the themes debated in innovation environments.
It is a card that speaks about transition:
from analog to digital,
from content to asset,
from experience to value creation.
Collective Insight

The Collective Insight card captures the environment of intellectual exchange and shared construction.
Its composition refers to a space where technology and human connection meet, reinforcing the idea of collective learning and innovative growth.
This type of Energy Card is important because it shows that not all the value of the event is on the big stages or announcements. Much of it is born in the exchange of ideas, in listening, in observation, and in the formation of a collective repertoire.
Joy in Networking

The Joy in Networking card translates a lighter, more social, and relational energy of SciBiz.
It represents the human side of professional meetings: positive conversations, laughter, approaches, and shared interests. In an innovation event, this context is central, because many opportunities arise precisely from these spontaneous interactions.
This card shows that networking is also a creative energy.
Not just a functional act, but an atmosphere that can be perceived, interpreted, and recorded as an asset.
AI for Neurodiversity

The AI for Neurodiversity card brought an important and sensitive snapshot of the event.
It points to the use of artificial intelligence in supporting neurodivergent individuals and conveys an atmosphere of future, accessibility, and positive impact.
This type of card greatly expands the reading of what PicFlow can do at events.
It not only serves to transform visual scenes into something beautiful.
It also helps to highlight relevant themes, causes, visions of the future, and contexts with social depth.
Connections at the Event

The Connections at the Event card emphasizes the vibrant energy of young entrepreneurs building relationships, exchanging ideas, and recognizing new possibilities.
Its aesthetics suggest expansion and centrality, almost as if a core of energy were radiating connections in multiple directions.
This type of interpretation reinforces something important:
at events like SciBiz, often what matters most is not a single content, but the web of relationships that forms around it.
Unveiling Chemistry Through Art

The Unveiling Chemistry Through Art card was one of the most interesting in terms of language.
It associates collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and artistic expression to show how science can become more accessible and engaging. It is a great example of how PicFlow can translate complex themes into a more emotional, more symbolic, and more memorable visual layer.
This type of card is especially relevant for education, scientific dissemination, and knowledge experiences.
Shared Joy and Connection

The Shared Joy and Connection card reinforces the emotional aspect of the event.
It speaks about collective happiness, mutual support, and human warmth in interactions. Instead of focusing only on innovation as technology, it highlights innovation as human encounter.
This is an important point:
not all innovation is just technical.
Often it is born from the quality of relationships, trust, and shared energy between people.
Harmonic Resonance

The Harmonic Resonance card brings a context linked to music, synchrony, and refined creativity.
Its cubist aesthetic and its reading of collective performance evoke unity, concentration, and sophistication. It expands the spectrum of the event by showing that science, technology, culture, and art are not separate.
At PicFlow, this type of Energy Card reinforces very well the idea of creative economy:
value is also born from the harmony between languages.
Hydrogen Horizon

The Hydrogen Horizon card captures a snapshot more linked to applied science, clean energy, and a sustainable future.
It translates the spirit of technological transformation into a vibrant image, suggesting the opening of paths and new possibilities for more efficient and sustainable processes.
This type of card shows how PicFlow can help make technical themes more visual, desirable, and memorable — without losing conceptual density.
What We Learned from These Creations
The Energy Cards made at SciBiz 2026 show something very important for PicFlow:
an event does not need to be documented only as an archive.
It can be interpreted as a collection.
Each card works like a lens.
Each one highlights a different layer of the experience:
connection
science
networking
music
social impact
innovation
future
community
This creates a richer form of memory and value.
More Than Recording: Curating Meaning
Looking at this collection, it is clear that PicFlow is not just “generating arts”.
We are organizing experiences into narrative assets.
This means that an event can have:
curated memory
thematic collection
shareable assets
engagement potential
new activation surfaces
physical and digital unfoldings
When an Energy Card is born with context, title, description, visual style, and the possibility of collection, it moves away from the logic of disposable content and enters a logic of permanence.
The Summary of Phygital Potential
Perhaps the best way to summarize what we saw at SciBiz 2026 is this:
each Energy Card created at the event already carries a phygital potential.
This is because it can function on multiple layers at the same time:
As Digital Memory
organizing and preserving moments, themes, and atmospheres of the event
As a Collectible Asset
allowing experiences to be grouped into series, drops, or collections
As a Sharing Piece
circulating among participants, communities, and networks as a living extension of the event
As a Physical Activation Surface
gaining unfolding in products, prints, exhibitions, gifts, signage, paintings, or special materials
As a Bridge Between Presence and Permanence
transforming something lived live into something that continues to generate value after the event
That's exactly what makes the phygital logic so powerful:
the moment does not end when it ends.
It expands.
SciBiz USP 2026 as Living Proof of the Platform
Participating in SciBiz 2026 was important because it allowed us to demonstrate PicFlow in real use.
Not just as a platform presented in speech or pitch, but as a structure capable of capturing complex contexts and converting them into organized creative experiences.
In the end, it became even more evident to us that:
events are great generators of creative raw material
Energy Cards can function as an editorial reading of the experience
collections can strengthen memory and engagement
phygital expands the value cycle of what is lived
Conclusion
At SciBiz USP 2026, PicFlow was not only present.
We translated the event into a collection of Energy Cards that captured its ideas, meetings, atmospheres, and visions of the future.
From Connected Ideas to Hydrogen Horizon, passing through networking, neurodiversity, music, science, and shared joy, we saw in practice how different contexts can become creative assets with their own identity.
This is one of the central points of our vision:
not just transform images,
but transform experiences into phygital value.
